Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch times Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times We ship via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are:
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
- We may offer tracked or signed-for services for higher value items
Delivery costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Free UK shipping is available on orders over £50.
Fragile & large items Many of our pieces are antique, fragile, or irregularly shaped. We take great care in packaging every item securely. For particularly large or fragile items, additional packaging time may be required and we will notify you if this affects your dispatch timeframe.
Delays Whilst we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at [your email].
Lost or damaged in transit If your item arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
