Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dr Oddities Cabinet of Curiosities.
Your right to cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@drodditiescabinetofcuriosities.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of returned items Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with any original packaging. As many of our pieces are antique, vintage, or one-of-a-kind curiosities, we ask that you take reasonable care when inspecting them.
Exemptions The following are exempt from our standard returns policy:
- Bespoke or commissioned items made to your specification
- Items where you were clearly informed of a specific defect or condition prior to purchase
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Return postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will resolve this promptly.
